These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Skorra website analysis service ("Service") operated by Skorra ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Skorra is an AI-powered website analysis tool that scans publicly accessible web pages and provides automated scores, observations, and recommendations across eight dimensions. The Service is provided "as is" for informational purposes only.

2. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

All scores, verdicts, and recommendations produced by Skorra are generated by artificial intelligence (specifically Google Gemini). They are not professional advice — legal, financial, marketing, or otherwise. AI outputs may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or outdated information. You should independently verify any recommendation before acting on it.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated content for your specific situation.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using Skorra you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Accounts

You may use Skorra without an account. If you create an account (via magic-link email), you are responsible for maintaining the security of your email address and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any purpose that violates applicable law.
  • Attempt to overwhelm, overload, or disrupt the Service (e.g., automated mass scanning, denial-of-service).
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from the Service beyond normal use.
  • Use the Service to harass, defame, or harm any third party.
  • Submit false or misleading information through the contact form or any other input.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

The Skorra brand, design, and codebase are our property. Scan results generated for your URLs belong to you — you may share, export, or publish them freely. However, you may not re-sell raw scan data as a competing service.

7. Third-Party Services

Skorra relies on third-party APIs including Google PageSpeed Insights, Firecrawl, and Google Gemini. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of these services. Their use is subject to their respective terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the total fees you paid us for use of the Service during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunity, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will indicate the date of the last revision at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the applicable national law of the member state in which Skorra is established. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
